What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized and small group support to students, utilizing ABA strategies as required
• Assist with toileting and feeding duties, ensuring student comfort and dignity
• Collaborate with teachers and behavioral health teams to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Adapt support to the changing needs of students across different grade levels
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with all school policies
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in ABA and/or school-based environments is essential
• Proven ability to assist with toileting and feeding responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively in both individual and classroom settings
• Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable mindset
• Current or pending Pennsylvania school clearances (assignment starts after HR verification)

This contract spans from ASAP through June 2027, offering a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week—Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
