We're seeking a caring ABA Paraprofessional to provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA strategies and behavior plans
• Support academic, social, and behavioral goals
• Collaborate with teachers and staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Experience with children, special education, or ABA preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
