Key Qualifications:

• Recent experience as a Paraprofessional or BHT in a school setting
• Demonstrated proficiency with ABA strategies
• Experience assisting with toileting and feeding for children
• Current or easily obtainable PA school employment clearances
• Bilingual ability a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students—both 1:1 and within classroom groups (K-12, predominantly elementary and middle)
• Implement ABA strategies and behavioral interventions as directed by instructional teams
• Assist with daily routines, including toileting and feeding, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to enhance student engagement and success
• Follow district policies and reporting procedures
