Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Instrumentation, HVAC, Fire Alarm Systems, or a related technical field; OR 1-2 years of equivalent hands-on field service experience; OR completion of military technical training with 1-2 years of field experience
• 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and field service operations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Internal & External Customers
• Facilitate issue identification and analysis; Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Act as conduit for Field Service to Technical Support & Engineering for advanced issue resolution
• Demonstrates ability to handle challenging projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accountable for team technical competency & skills certification
