Make a direct impact in the classroom by providing essential support to students and educators. Multiple contract openings are available for paraprofessionals to work with middle and high school students through June 2027. These roles involve working 1:1 with students as well as assisting within classroom settings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; no additional paraprofessional certifications or higher education necessary
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Ability to secure and submit three completed references, including one from your most recent manager, prior to interview
• Strong communication skills and a supportive, collaborative demeanor

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students in both dedicated 1:1 and general classroom support roles
• Assist educators in managing classroom activities and reinforcing lesson material
• Support students with special needs or those requiring additional guidance
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and encouraging classroom environment
• Help implement behavior management plans as directed by teachers
• Follow daily classroom schedules and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere

This is a full-time contract position, 32.5 hours per week, with middle and high school shifts available (7:10 am – 2:10 pm or 7:30 am – 2:30 pm; includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). Immediate start dates are available, with the opportunity to positively affect students’ educational experiences over an extended period.
