Payrate: $28-$40 (15% shift differentials $32.20-$46.00 per hour)

The primary responsibility of a 2nd Shift Engine Lathe is to Set-up and operate Engine Lathe equipment in a skillful and efficient manner.

Essential Responsibilities

Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Reads and interprets blueprints and programs.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
May lead and direct the work of others and is a qualified trainer (on skills matrix).
Follow 6S guidelines in the work area.
