Shift:

• morning (6:30am-3pm)- 36
• swing shift (2:30pm-11pm)- 36
• Monday through Friday

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in set design, staging, event setup, warehouse operations, dishwashing, food operations, or similar hands-on role

Comfortable with physical work: lifting 25+ lbs regularly, moving furniture, standing for extended periods

Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Comfortable driving a van

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow setup specifications precisely

Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with remote teams

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and site conditions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with smart home devices or consumer electronics setup

Experience with inventory management or logistics

Basic photography skills for documenting site configurations

Forklift certification or experience with equipment handling

Experience in film/TV production, photography sets, or real estate staging

Insight Global is looking for Staging Specialists to join one of the fastest growing Humanoid Robotics companies in the Bay Area. This is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets.

We're seeking a Staging Specialist to support our offsite data collection operations. This hands-on role involves traveling to collection homes across the country to set up realistic environments — arranging furniture, props, and scene configurations—that enable high-quality data capture for training our humanoid robots.

Your work directly impacts Figure's path to generalized humanoids by ensuring our robots learn from diverse, well-constructed real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities

Set up and configure collection home environments, including furniture arrangement, prop placement, and scene staging

Ensure environments meet specifications for optimal data collection quality

Coordinate with the data collection team to understand scene requirements and timelines

Load, unload, and transport equipment, furniture, and props to collection sites

Maintain inventory of props and equipment; report damage or replacement needs

Troubleshoot on-site issues and adapt setups as needed

Document site configurations and capture photos for reference

Ensure collection spaces are safe and compliant with operational standards
