Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruiting operations and employment-based immigration compliance activities.
In this role, you will coordinate recruiting activities related to the PERM labor certification process, manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, maintain accurate recruitment records, and ensure all recruiting activities follow established compliance requirements and deadlines.
The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or administrative support, with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
