Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of process and/or process-design engineering experience in the natural gas processing industry.
• Significant experience supporting detailed engineering execution for licensed or complex process projects.
• Hands-on experience with plant startup and structured troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with process-simulation software, primarily Honeywell UniSim.

Responsibilities

• Provide principal-level technical oversight for the engineering execution, startup, and performance support.
• Provide senior process-engineering guidance during detailed design.
• Lead or support startup-readiness reviews and onsite startup.
• Mentor and guide lower-level engineers and help develop technical bench strength.
• Multiply organizational capability by developing and improving reusable design practices.
