This 406-bed facility provides obstetric and gynecologic services in an OR-based setting, with in-house 24-hour call coverage structured to meet clinical demands. The facility utilizes the EPIC EMR system for clinical documentation and does not hold a trauma designation. Established clinical protocols and structured workflows are in place to support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods.

The assignment area is recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's sunniest city, situated along the Colorado River with access to a range of outdoor and cultural activities. Clinicians on assignment will find opportunities for tubing, canoeing, hiking, and biking across the Sonoran Desert, Imperial Sand Dunes, and three national wildlife refuges. Historical landmarks, scenic pathways along the Colorado River, arts and culture venues, golf courses, and proximity to the Mexican border for day trips are among the additional options available during time away from clinical responsibilities.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage in an OR setting through 24-hour in-house call shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM) on an on-site basis, beginning in 2027 on an ongoing basis. This assignment operates on a 1:2 call ratio, with 2 MDs on per 24-hour shift and support staff available throughout each designated coverage period. The facility maintains a volume of approximately 300 deliveries per month, and continuous on-site presence is required throughout each shift. Clinical documentation is conducted using the EPIC EMR system.
