Childcare Needed

We are in need of a loving babysitter for our 1-year-old daughter. We are just starting to look but hoping to find someone who is available to start on November 30. Our plan is to have someone look after our baby until spring 2027 before we prepare her for daycare. I work from home so I am around most of the time but I do have considerable meetings and need to stay focused. My elderly father lives with us too but he won't be in the way. If interested, please contact me!
