Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of all industrial equipment and machinery.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance of industrial equipment as needed
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
