About the Role

As a LPN at The Mansion at Brigham, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, documenting patient records, and collaborating with our healthcare team to develop personalized care plans. You will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including our skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, and assisted living community.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Document patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Work Schedule

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your lifestyle. Our full-time LPNs work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, with rotating weekends and holidays. Our part-time LPNs work a fixed schedule, with two consecutive days off during the week.
