Construction Project Engineer

Our client is an Indianapolis construction firm who is seeking a Construction Project Engineer or an Assistant Project Manager with a minimum of 2+ years of construction experience to be a part of their team.

Construction Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular meetings to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner
• Will work in construction management office and in the field to conduct different tasks
• Will conduct walkthroughs and coordinate and update schedules
• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in all aspects of the project
• Assist in the collection of costs, their proper allocation and reporting
• Assist with equipment suppliers and subcontractor coordination
• Communicating, interacting and interacting with subcontractors, customers, installers, associates and key stakeholders in a professional manner
• Assist Project Team with RFI reports, change orders, and any other documentation requested by the Project Manager.
• Collect and log closeout documents and punch list

Construction Project Engineer Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing ProCore Construction Management software
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, preferred
• A strong understanding of the construction process
• 2+ years minimum of actual construction Project Engineer experience

• Procore: 2 years (Required)
• Project Engineer or Asst. PM: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
