McLaughlin Logistics Inc., an established FedEx contractor, is hiring dependable full-time FedEx Delivery Drivers for our Newton, NC operation.

PAY

Earn $800–$1,050 per week, with typical driver earnings around $900 per week.

• Weekly pay with direct deposit

SCHEDULE

• Typically 5 days per week
• Saturday availability is required
• Start time is approximately 7:30 AM
• Drivers finish when their assigned route is completed
• Additional work/overtime opportunities may be available

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll report to the FedEx Ground Terminal at 1936 Amity St., Newton, NC 28658 and make residential and commercial deliveries and pickups in areas including Newton, Hickory, Hildebran, Connelly Springs, Valdese, Morganton and Nebo.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading packages
• Safely operating a company delivery vehicle
• Delivering and picking up packages from homes and businesses
• Scanning and accurately recording deliveries using company technology
• Providing dependable, professional customer service
• Following company and FedEx safety, service and attendance standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a good Motor Vehicle Record
• Minimum 1 year of job-related driving experience
• Must pass a company-paid DOT medical/physical exam
• Must pass required drug screening and background check
• Must be physically capable of handling packages weighing up to 150 lbs. without assistance
• Previous FedEx contractor or Amazon delivery experience is a plus
