If our Vision and Mission resonate with you, Metrocrest Services may be the place for you. We are looking for people whose values align with ours - individuals who are compassionate, collaborative, accountable, and committed to helping our neighbors achieve greater stability and independence.
Make an impact while you’re on the move! At Metrocrest Services, every couch we pick up and every dresser we deliver helps a neighbor in north Dallas move toward a more stable future. Our Resale store isn’t just a store. Its proceeds help fund housing, food, education, workforce, and financial literacy support for families in our community.
The Opportunity
At Metrocrest Resale, we are passionate about our team members, customers, and those we serve. The Resale Driver/Porter is often the "face of Metrocrest Services," interacting with donors and customers in homes, in the store, and while driving the Metrocrest Resale delivery truck. The Driver/Porter is responsible for providing excellent customer service in all contact with customers, donors, and volunteers. The Resale Driver/Porter will operate the assigned truck as required in a safe and responsible manner, assist with loading, unloading, and moving furniture, and will oversee volunteers as needed.
