Solo OTR Driver Overview

• Strong base pay with bonus upside. Start at 60CPM and earn up to 66CPM including monthly bonuses, with 2CPM fuel, 2CPM safety, and 2CPM mileage bonuses after 10K miles, plus additional pay opportunities.*
• More weeks out. More home time. Extended Fleet drivers stay out 4 to 6 weeks and earn 4.5 to 6.5 days of home time, with New Legend covering travel to and from home.
• Run the Western 13. Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, and TX, plus the I-5 Corridor.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to 90CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for an up to $10,000 retention bonus paid over two years.*
• OTR schedules that keep you moving. Extended Fleet drivers stay out 4 to 6 weeks and earn 4.5 to 6.5 days of home time, with New Legend covering travel to and from home.
• Run the Western network. Haul consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay is 60CPM for solo drivers. Base pay is 45CPM per driver for team drivers. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
