We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines customer order processing, inventory management, shipping coordination, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities in a small warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working at a computer and assisting with physical order fulfillment tasks. You will manage customer orders from receipt through shipment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service throughout the fulfillment process.

Responsibilities - Process daily customer orders using order management software, retailer portals, and other business systems
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and required shipping documentation
- Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for carrier pickup
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure shipments are completed accurately and on schedule
- Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Coordinate occasional LTL freight shipments and transportation logistics
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Follow all workplace safety standards and company policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Experience in order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Experience processing and fulfilling customer orders
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, email, and web-based software platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable performing both administrative and physical warehouse duties throughout the day
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Current forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Valid driver's license
