PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Ecommerce 3PL in West Dallas, TX

We are now hiring Picker Packers who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Picker/Pakcer Job Summary

$16-$16.50/hour
1st shift 7AM to finish, 2nd shift 4PM to finish
Pick orders accurately using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems to ensure correct items are selected.
Pack products securely according to quality standards, utilizing appropriate packing materials and techniques.
Load and unload shipments using manual handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
Manage inventory by stocking shelves, updating inventory management systems, and conducting regular stock counts.
Prepare shipments for dispatch by labeling packages correctly and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely pickups.

Picker/Packer Qualifications

Proven background in warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management systems.
Familiarity with barcode scanning technology for logistics purposes.
Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management software.
Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling procedures.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order accuracy and documentation.
Basic math skills for measuring quantities, calculating weights, or verifying shipment details.
Prior experience in a fast-paced distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
