ALIYA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily operations of one of our skilled nursing facilities on the South Side of Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing operations, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of driving facility performance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficient and effective management.
• Provide leadership and direction to department heads and facility staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve census, occupancy, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain survey readiness.
• Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and external healthcare partners.
• Recruit, develop, and retain qualified staff while promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Work closely with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
• Address operational challenges and ensure accountability across all departments.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Strong understanding of SNF operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead facility teams and develop department heads.
• Experience with census development, budgeting, and operational performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
