Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Madisonville
Shifts:
- 1st Shift- Mon-Thurs- 5 am-3 pm, 30 minute unpaid lunch- $17.25
- 2nd Shift- Mon-Thurs-4 pm-2 am- $17.75
This is a temporary position only lasting a few weeks.
Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure bagged products move efficiently through the sorter system, build boxes, and manage full containers using manual pallet equipment. This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow and quality standards within our production facility.
Key Responsibilities - Ensure bagged products move correctly along the bag sorter conveyor
- Build and set up (box) containers
- Use a manual pallet jack to move or replace
- Operate a hand scanner to track and record product movement
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Strength: Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Movement: Frequent standing, walking, climbing (stairs/ladders), reaching forward and overhead, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Work performed in a production/warehouse environment
