Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Med/Surg unit as part of a 13-week contract assignment
• Float between Med/Surg and Emergency Room units as needed
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, protocols, and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• ACLS certification (AHA)
• PALS certification (AHA)
• TNCC certification required
• Experience in both Med/Surg and Emergency Room settings is required for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior float pool or multi-unit experience
• Strong adaptability and clinical assessment skills across varied patient populations
