E-commerce Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dependable E-Commerce Warehouse Associates to join our fulfillment team. The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience working in an e-commerce warehouse environment, specifically with order picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment operations.

This position requires individuals who can work independently, process customer orders accurately, meet daily productivity goals, and follow established warehouse procedures with minimal supervision.

Previous e-commerce pick, pack, and shipping experience is required.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Pack customer orders according to company standards and shipping requirements.
• Verify product quantities, SKUs, and order accuracy before shipment.
• Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation.
• Prepare orders for shipment through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers.
• Sort, organize, and stage completed orders for outbound shipping.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and inventory organization.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products are properly packed and free from damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work environment.
• Meet daily picking, packing, and shipping productivity expectations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an e-commerce warehouse or fulfillment center is required.
• Hands-on experience with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, or warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of shipping labels, packing slips, and outbound shipping procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping systems.
• Experience processing online customer orders.
• Familiarity with inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Experience meeting daily warehouse production quotas.

Physical Requirements
