Construction Project Admin

We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Admin in the Kern County area. This position requires a highly organized candidate with attention to detail.  This is an on-site position working Monday-Friday starting at 7:00 am. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Data Entry, entering field records and other project documentation into tracking system with accuracy and completeness
• Requires experience using Excel spreadsheets and Smartsheet trackers
• Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy of project information
• Scanning and uploading files to company project filing system
• Ability to manage organized high-volume workload received from daily construction activities
• Requires excellent communication skills with co-workers and stakeholders

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or document control experience
• Proficient working with Microsoft Excel, including organizing data in the spreadsheets
• Previous experience working with electronic project tracking systems, preferable Smartsheet
• Experience managing, maintaining, and organizing high volume of records
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite utilizing Office and Intermediate Excel using filters, sorting, formulas, and maintaining large spreadsheets
• Experience with Smartsheet desired and SharePoint or similar electronic document-management systems
