Restaurant Manager

Argenitine Steak House is in search of a dynamic Restaurant manager...Salary Negotiable

The Restaurant Manager reports to the General Manager and leads front-of-house and back-of-house teams in daily restaurant operations, with a primary focus on supporting a new restaurant opening. This role oversees service quality, team performance, food safety, inventory, costs, compliance, and operational readiness while building a foundation for progression into operations leadership. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Schedule, supervise, and train restaurant staff.
• Deliver consistent customer service and quality assurance.
• Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and food safety compliance.
• Control labor and operating costs while supporting budget management.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor operational performance.
• Support initiatives and operational readiness for a new restaurant opening.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation.
• Experience with inventory management and labor scheduling.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Experience with budget management and staff training.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
