Manufacturing Maintenance Tech

All-Pro Threaded Products, manufacturing division of All-Pro Fasteners, Inc., located in Arlington, Texas, is a producer of a wide variety of special fasteners that are used throughout the steel fabrication, pipe, OEM, industrial construction and utility industries.

We are looking to hire a Maintenance Tech
Shift: 6am - 2:30pm
Location: 1907 Peyco Dr Arlington, Tx 76001

Summary: Repairs and maintains pneumatic and electrical components of production machines and equipment such as metal fabricating machine tools by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Read technical manuals to understand equipment and controls
Disassemble machinery and equipment when there is a problem
Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components
Perform tests and run initial batches to make sure that the machine is running smoothly
Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications
Move machinery and equipment
Make minor changes to PLC & CNC programs
Fabricate and repair parts by Machining and Welding
Uses of hand tools, calipers, multimeters and forklifts
Perform needed maintenance on all machines

Education and/or Experience:
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
