General Laborer | Day Shift | Overtime Available | Growth Opportunity

💪 Looking for a hands-on job with steady hours, overtime, and room to grow?

We're hiring General Laborers to support a large precast concrete manufacturing facility.

This is a physically active role ideal for candidates with construction, outdoor labor, landscaping, roofing, concrete, or other hands-on work experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Tying rebar and placing reinforcement materials
• Building and cleaning concrete forms
• Pouring, raking, forming, and finishing concrete
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Moving materials and assisting with production tasks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following OSHA and company safety standards

What We're Looking For

Construction, general labor, or outdoor work experience preferred

Comfortable working in hot and cold weather conditions

Experience using hand and power tools

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift

Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn

Concrete or rebar experience is a plus

Schedule

Monday-Friday

4:00 AM - 2:30 PM (often working until 3:30 PM)

Frequent Saturday overtime available

• Hard hat and safety glasses required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Park, TX.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
