Pay: $20-25 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Class A CDL Driver to transport shipping containers between a warehouse in La Porte and the Barbours Cut Port in La Porte. This position offers consistent weekday hours and short, local routes.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate manual-transmission trucks, including Kenworth and International models.
• Travel between the La Porte warehouse and Barbours Cut Port.
• Pick up shipping containers at the port and transport them back to the warehouse.
• Complete local routes approximately 5 miles each way.
• Follow all applicable driving regulations and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid TWIC card required
• Experience operating a manual-transmission commercial truck.
• Strong commitment to safety and dependable attendance.

Additional Details

• Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Local routes only.
• No loading or unloading required.
• No hazardous materials involved.
