Why drive for us

About the role
You won’t be hauling freight. You’ll deliver and pick up dry van trailers and switcher trucks for our customers across [region, e.g. “Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois”]. Our transportation operation is growing, and we want professional, safety-first drivers who represent us well at every stop.

What you’ll do

• Deliver and pick up trailers and switcher trucks safely and on time
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurate paperwork
• Stay in daily contact with our transportation manager
• Follow DOT and company safety rules
• Represent Trailer Equipment professionally with every customer

 What you need

• A valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years of Class A driving experience
• At least 21 years old (the federal minimum for interstate driving)
• A clean MVR with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no major violations (such as DUI or reckless driving) in the past 7 years
• The ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

Requirements:
