Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing basic nursing procedures, and documenting patient information

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as necessary

• Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and preventive care measures

• Manage and coordinate the transfer of patients between departments and facilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, medication administration, and other relevant health information

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Florida

• 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
