Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care

Shift: Night Shift, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts, 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Pay Rate
Local: $34.00–$36.00/hr
Traveler: $35.00–$37.00/hr

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license.

• Ability to provide safe and compassionate nursing care.

• Availability to work overnight shifts and every other weekend.

• Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Long-Term Care or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.

• Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.

• Perform nursing assessments and document residents' conditions.

• Coordinate care with Certified Nursing Assistants and other healthcare team members.

• Assist with care planning and implementation.

• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as assigned.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity.

• Follow infection-control standards and facility policies.
