What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll play an essential role in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols.

• Monitor residents' health conditions and promptly communicate changes to the appropriate clinical team members.

• Provide direct nursing care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and medical records.

• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized resident care.

• Follow established infection prevention, safety, and clinical care standards.

• Communicate important resident updates during shift changes to ensure continuity of care.

• Help create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and fellow team members.

What We're Looking For

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Tennessee in good standing

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills

• A dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to nursing

• Commitment to providing excellent resident-centered care
