No ABA experience? No problem. We provide paid training!

???? What Makes This Job Different?

You won't spend your day staring at a screen or doing the same thing over and over.

You'll work directly with children, using play, structured activities, and evidence-based ABA techniques to help them develop important life skills.

One day, you might help a child communicate a need.

Another day, you might help them practice sharing, following directions, or completing an everyday routine.

And when they reach a goal they've been working toward?

You get to be part of that moment.

You'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), follow individualized treatment plans, and track progress through electronic session documentation.

We'd love to meet you if you've worked as a:

• Daycare teacher or childcare assistant

• Teacher's aide or paraprofessional

• Camp counselor or after-school program staff member

• Nanny or preschool teacher

• Direct support professional

• Existing BT or RBT

The Basics

You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, the ability to pass required screenings, and the physical ability to stay active throughout the day and lift up to 50 pounds.
