Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor Quality Assurance support for GMP manufacturing operations
• Review batch records and GMP documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Support deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls
• Partner with Manufacturing, QC, and cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards
• Escalate quality events and support audit and inspection readiness activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems
• Strong attention to detail, documentation review, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic quality systems

Schedule

12-Hour Rotating Night Shift

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
• 6:45 PM 7:15 AM

• Hands-on production floor presence with quality oversight responsibilities

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Plainville, MA.

The pay range for this position is $32.20 - $34.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
