Babysitter

We need care for our 2 boys from lunch cleanup then afternoon play. Our 2-year-old will nap after lunch, some days my husband will assist. We are looking for anywhere from 3 to 4 hours every afternoon. Care would be at home while I work from home. We value consistency, open communication, and professionalism when it comes to working with us. When it comes to caring for our children, we value playfulness, energy and attunement. Our children have had a full time au pair for the past three years, which I feel is important context to know.
