Location: MUST BE BASED IN COLOMBIA - Remote – Colombia
Salary: $1,500 USD/month

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Previous accounting experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks.
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including expenses and sales revenue.
Process payments to vendors, utility companies, and other service providers.
Prepare and send invoices to customers.
Reconcile accounts and identify outstanding debits and credits.
Prepare financial reports as requested.
Review financial data to identify and correct data-entry errors.
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date accounting records.
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including expenses and sales revenue.
