At The VET Recruiter®, we already have the clients and active searches. We’re looking for someone who can find talented professionals, start meaningful conversations, and help them take the next step in their careers.

You’ll focus on recruiting candidates for established client assignments, with paid training, experienced leadership, and uncapped earning potential.

Your opportunity to earn

$50,000–$65,000 base pay, depending on experience and qualifications.

Uncapped placement commissions, with typical first year annual earnings of approximately $68,000–$100,000.

Exceptional performers could earn $114,000–$168,000 or more.

Additional opportunities to earn cash through individual performance contests.

Paid training and ongoing coaching to help you develop your skills.

Focus on candidate relationships

Your focus will be finding, engaging, interviewing, and recruiting professionals for our existing searches across the Animal Health industry and Veterinary profession. Client acquisition and business development are handled by our leadership team, allowing you to concentrate on candidate relationships and successful placements.

What you’ll do

Find qualified professionals through research, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and our candidate database.

Make outbound calls and introduce opportunities to people who may not be actively looking.

Interview candidates to understand their experience, strengths, motivations, and career goals.

Help candidates evaluate opportunities and stay engaged throughout the hiring process.

Partner with senior recruiting leadership on candidate presentations, interviews, offers, and placements.

Keep accurate records, follow through consistently, and manage multiple searches with care and urgency.
