Job Description
We’re hiring an Electrical Test Technician to support Schneider Electric’s 3-phase UPS products!
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on electrical professional with experience in testing, troubleshooting, manufacturing, field service, or power distribution equipment.
What you’ll do:
• Perform electrical, functional, and operational testing on UPS systems and related components.
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues.
• Use multimeters, hipot testers, ground bond testers, and other electrical test equipment.
• Configure controls, upload firmware, and document test results and quality findings.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and support continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, or assembly.
• Knowledge of AC/DC circuits and ability to interpret electrical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed.
Experience with 3-phase systems, UPS equipment, switchgear, protective relays, or load testing is preferred.
