Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum TIG Welder to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience welding aluminum components using the TIG (GTAW) welding process. This individual must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of producing high-quality welds while following safety and production standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum materials and components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.

• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment.

• Prepare, clean, fit, and position aluminum materials prior to welding.

• Perform precision welding while maintaining consistent quality.

• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and defects.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards.

• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience with Aluminum TIG welding required.

• Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques and equipment.

• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications.

• Experience working with different aluminum thicknesses.

• Ability to use measuring tools and welding equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have good attendance and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding certification or formal welding training.

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or metalworking.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and move materials as required.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
