Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler III to support warehouse and distribution operations.
• The role involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, palletizing, and inventory movement while maintaining safety and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, scan, and process customer orders using RF scanners.
• Load, unload, palletize, and prepare products for shipment.
• Handle inbound/outbound shipments and inventory movement using WMS/ERP systems.
• Verify order accuracy, labeling, packaging, and shipping documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Support inventory replenishment and other warehouse activities as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant experience.
• General warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents.
• Basic computer skills and experience with RF scanners/WMS/ERP preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse activities.
• Forklift/MHE certification or experience is a plus.
