Physical Therapist

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Colorado – mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
Patient assessment and rehabilitation.
Developing and implementing patient care plans.
Pain management and restoring physical mobility.
Experience with home health care preferred.
Knowledge of assistive devices such as walkers, wheelchairs and prosthetics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Patient and family education.
