This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests of all ages, celebrating special occasions, and providing outstanding customer service. You will play an important role in making sure our guests have an amazing experience, whether they're celebrating a birthday, enjoying a family outing, or visiting for a night of fun!

Job Responsibilities

• Host and coordinate birthday parties and special events from start to finish.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist party guests with check-in, party packages, food orders, and event details.
• Ensure party areas are properly set up, clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Keep parties running smoothly and on schedule while making sure guests are having a great time.
• Answer guest questions, assist with concerns, and help resolve customer service issues.
• Assist guests with bowling, arcade games, attractions, and other center activities.
• Handle transactions, payments, and guest reservations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
• Work closely with other team members to create a positive guest experience.
• Help ensure all guests feel welcomed, valued, and excited to return!
