Job Title: RN Staff Development Coordinator – Skilled Nursing
Location: Rivertown Health and Rehabilitation Center – Montgomery, Alabama

Rivertown Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Staff Development Coordinator to join our team in Montgomery, AL. This role is essential in supporting the training, education, and ongoing development of our nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead staff education and training programs
• Conduct new hire orientation for nursing staff
• Provide ongoing in-services and competency-based training
• Support clinical skill development and performance improvement
• Ensure compliance with state and federal training requirements
• Assist with survey readiness and regulatory preparation
• Track and maintain education records and certifications
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify training needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of Alabama
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
• Experience in staff education, training, or leadership preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and survey process
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
