RN Regional Director of Staff Development

Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000, annually depending on experience

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced RN Regional Director of Staff Development to oversee clinical education and staff training across multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout New York and New Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader to drive staff development, improve clinical competencies, and ensure consistent education and regulatory compliance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff education and development across multiple facilities.

• Support facility Staff Development Coordinators and nursing leadership.

• Develop and implement clinical training and orientation programs.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal training requirements.

• Identify educational needs and promote quality clinical care.

• Assist with survey readiness and clinical improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Active RN license.

• Experience in Staff Development, Clinical Education, or Nursing Leadership within skilled nursing.

• Regional or multi-facility experience strongly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to travel throughout NY and NJ.
