About This Role
A full-stack software engineer who thrives on ownership and builds robust, high-performance systems from first principles, working across the stack from front-end interfaces to backend data pipelines to ship production-ready code that powers complex logistics operations. Same core-product principle: anything built for a customer is built into the core product as a lever; only configuration is customer-specific.
What Youll Own
- The full lifecycle of high-stakes projects: architecture and design through deployment and continuous optimization
- End-to-end features across the stack (Python, Next.js, Node)
- Architectural decisions and long-term technical direction
- Engineering excellence through code review and testing
- Mentoring new engineers and shaping engineering culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering, ideally in fast-paced startup environments
- Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js
- Builds robust systems from first principles; strong ownership
- Solves complex technical problems in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Product-minded or systems-minded (both ideal; strong on one is fine and balanced by the next hire)
