As a Senior Companion and Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to provide companionship, personal care, and homemaker services to clients in their own homes. Our clients trust us to help them stay safe and live with dignity, and we're seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team.

The Role:

• Be Present with Your Client: Engage in conversations, provide companionship, and help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility assistance.

• Watch for What Matters: Monitor changes in mood, appetite, or alertness and document notes in our secure mobile app to keep families informed.

• Keep the Home Safe: Assist with fall prevention, light tidying, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

• Document the Visit: Use our mobile app to record visit notes and clock in/out for accurate client care.

Who We're Looking For:

• Genuinely care about people, especially older adults

• Are reliable and punctual

• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Can pass a state and federal background check

• Have a smartphone for our clock-in/clock-out app

• Are open to learning and training
