About the Role

As a CNA at The Mansion at Brigham, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our exceptional nursing staff. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting patients with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and reporting changes in patient condition to the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and ambulating
• Take vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts
• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
