YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with business-hour shifts and regular travel throughout your assigned regional cluster for installation kickoffs and inspection surveys.

YOUR DAY

As our Regional Real Property Lead, you'll oversee approximately 16 installations, guiding efforts to validate real property records, review facility documentation, and identify opportunities for corrective action. You'll collaborate with Installation RPAOs, analyze NexGen IT data, conduct site visits, support audit-readiness initiatives, develop validation reports, and provide quality oversight to assigned analysts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of installation management experience, preferably involving real estate or real property records accountability for a DoD or other federal entity
• 1+ year of experience in Federal Real Property Accountability and/or auditing processes
• Demonstrated ability to validate real property data, including hard-copy and digital records
• U.S. citizen
• Ability to regularly travel throughout your region

Direct NexGen IT experience and existing familiarity with Air Force real property CATCODEs, experience leading Corrective Action Plans under FIAR, A-123, or similar audit-readiness frameworks, and experience supervising technical teams across multiple locations are preferred.
