Warehouse Clerk

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

FLSA: Full-time, Non-exempt

Position Summary

StoneHardscapes LLC is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team! The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for preparing orders, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Accurately pull, verify, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Prepare and label materials, crates, and pallets for shipping.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring orders are complete and accurate.
• Assist customers and counter staff with order pickups and loading products.

Inventory Management

• Receive, count, and inspect incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and condition.
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Move, consolidate, and replenish stock as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items.

Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, including daily housekeeping.
• Maximize warehouse space through proper stacking and storage of materials.
• Follow established safety procedures and promptly report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Forklift certification required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred (2+ years a plus).
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and verify inventory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
• Dependable, hardworking team player with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
