Requirements
This position is a 6 day per week Monday thru Saturday opportunity. The Cold Food Prep Manager is responsible for the following: Ordering daily produce quantities to meet sales demands Making decisions on daily prep of all cold menu items. Making sure food safety standards are met. Must follow quality and recipe standards. Must maintain portion control and food cost standards. Must maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards. Hours of Availability: Must be available MONDAY thru SATURDAY between 5:am to 4:00pm This is a 40 hour per week position Must be able to work all holidays except Thankgiving and Christmas We are closed every Sunday
